Description
This document will be helpful during the "8. Programming" phase of FPGA / CPLD development.
It shows how to use the Quartus® Prime / Quartus® II Programmer to write data to FPGAs / CPLDs.
Use an FPGA download cable (programming hardware) such as USB-Blaster™ II or USB-Blaster™ to write data to the FPGA / CPLD. For first-time use, you will need to install the drivers for the respective programming hardware.
