What is a "License Management Ticket"?
Currently, customers must manage their own Intel® development software and IP core licenses through the Intel® FPGA Self-Service License Center (hereafter referred to as "License Center") in order to use the various Intel® development tools. However, if you have any questions about how to use the software or IP cores, please contact us.
However, we understand that you may have trouble understanding how to use this service. Macnica has created a "Macnica License Support Desk" so that you can communicate directly with a dedicated Macnica License Center staff member.
We will be able to check your license information and quickly remedy any licensing issues you may have.
