What kind of PLL is the CMU PLL?

The CMU PLL generates a transmit clock that matches the transmit capability for the transmit channel of the Stratix® V/Arria® V/Cyclone® V transceiver block.

The CMU PLL is also used as the PLL for clock data recovery (CDR) for the receive channel of the transceiver block.
