When I compile an FPGA design containing Nios® II with Quartus® Prime, I get the error message "Can't generate netlist output files".

When I compile an FPGA design containing Nios® II with Quartus® Prime, I get the error message "Can't generate netlist output files".

Error (204012): Can't generate netlist output files because the file "***/synthesis/submodules/xxx_nios2_" is an OpenCore Plus time-limited file qsys_0.v" is an OpenCore Plus time-limited file
Error (204009): Can't generate netlist output files because the license for encrypted file "***/synthesis/submodules/xxx_nios2_qsys_0.v" is not available

This error message is announced when the Nios® II IP is treated as OpenCore Plus because there is no license for Nios® II and SOF for Time-Limited is generated.
For use with Nios® II Fast Core (/f) An IP license for Nios® II is required. (Nios II/e does not require a license.)
If you have a license, you will find "6AF7_00A2" in the FEATURE line (or INCREMENT line) in the license file.
