I have multiple versions of Quartus® Prime installed on my PC, and when I double-click on a qsf file, it launches a different version of Quartus than the version that created the corresponding qsf.

The project will start with the version set in the Windows® environment variables (QUARTUS_ROOTDIR, QSYS_ROOTDIR, etc.), so please change this part to the appropriate version.
It is easier to open the project after launching Quartus® Prime than to do this every time.
