As a concrete example, we will explain the case of
・Memory model number: MT41K256M16
・Frequency to run SDRAM: 400MHz

The speed grade of the memory model number used is 107, so DDR3-1866 (933MHz) is used, but if the actual frequency to run SDRAM is 400MHz, the "Memory Parameter" and "Memory Timing" should be set to DDR3- 1866 (933MHz) (instead of 800MHz). 1866 (933MHz).

In this way
・Set "Memory Parameter" and "Memory Timing": to match the speed grade of the memory model number
・Set "Memory clock frequency" in "PHY Setting": the frequency at which the SDRAM is actually running (=mem_ck frequency)
