When this situation occurs, Transceiver Reset is required to ensure that incoming data is locked after communication is restored.

If the peer device is reset and incoming data is interrupted, it is expected that the CDR lock will be lost. 
This behavior corresponds to the "module connection" and "RX CDR lock mode change" described in "Reset Conditions" below.
