Current Strength = Default means exactly "no setting". The factors that determine the current can be either of the following
(1) The current is indirectly specified by the Serial OCT value (resistance value, e.g., 34Ω) for the output, which is also usually the DQ/DQS signal in EMIF.
(2) Current Strength specified as Default in the selected Device, I/O Standard (e.g. 8mA)

(Note 1) Some I/O Standards do not allow the Current Strength setting, so Serial OCT must be set. (If not, it is an error.)
(Note 2) Even if both Serial OCT and Current Strength can be set in an I/O Standard, both cannot be set at the same time. (Simultaneous setting is an error)
