Can I use the OpenVINO™ toolkit to run the OpenCV library on FPGA circuitry?

The OpenVINO™ toolkit can only accelerate deep learning processes using FPGAs.
Therefore, OpenCV cannot be accelerated using OpenVINO™.
To kernelize OpenCV, users need to write the code they want to accelerate for FPGA.
