For SDI TX, 2.97Gbps (1000/1000) and 2.967Gbps (1000/1001) are available.
SD/HD/3G formats are supported with 2.97 Gbps fPLL, and HD/3G formats are supported with 2.967 Gbps fPLL.

For SDI RX, input 148.5MHz when rx_coreclk_is_ntsc_paln=1'b0 and 148.35MHz when rx_coreclk_is_ntsc_paln=1'b1 to rx_cdr_refclk/rx_core_refclk to get 1000/ 1000 and 1000/1001 frame rates and SD/HD/3G format SDI signals can be received.
