How can I set a constraint in Quartus® Prime Pro Edition to generate .rbf at compile time (Assembler time) that I can specify in Quartus® Prime Standard?

<Constraints in GUI>
Assignments menu > Device > Device and Pin Options > Programing Files > Raw Binary File (.rbf) = On

<.qsf constraints>
set_global_assignment -name GENERATE_RBF_FILE ON

In Quartus® Prime Pro 19.1 and later, the GUI option and the set_global_assignment -name GENERATE_RBF_FILE ON with .qsf constraint are not applicable.
Therefore, please generate .rbf with Convert Programming Files.
