・Base + 0 ⇒ 0x "0100205C" (ID=1, Length=2, Command=RSU_IMAGE_UPDATE) 
・Base + 0 ⇒ 0x "04000000" (application address=address[31:0]) 
・Base + 1 ⇒ 0x "00000000 " (address[63:32]=0)
