This parameter depends on the characteristics of the transmission line, and "SR" is selected when the IL (Insertion Loss) is less than 10 dB. 
This setting is mainly used for Chip to Chip communication. 
For Backplane communication where IL exceeds 10dB, select "LR".

Note that the tool assigns "SR" by default.
