For the first EMIF, the "Enable Daisy-Chaining for EMIF Debug Toolkit/On-Chip Debug Port" setting must be checked.
For the second and subsequent EMIFs, the "Enable Daisy-Chaining for EMIF Debug Toolkit/On-Chip Debug Port" setting should be Export.
