When I use a symbol in the Quartus® Prime schematic editor, the pin name display in the symbol is cut off. What is the workaround?

This phenomenon is observed when using Windows® 10. Please try the following

(1) Select "Display Settings" on your PC
(2) Under "Scaling and Layout" set "Resize Text, Apps, and Other Items" to 100%.

If there is no change, please log out or restart your PC.
