The Knowledge Database (KDB) states that pgm_allow_mt25q=on must be added to the ini file to use the MT25Q flash device as configuration ROM, but is this ini file required for any version?

MT25Q flash devices have been available since Quartus® Prime ver17.1 and are officially supported since 18.1, eliminating the need for ini files.

・Add pgm_allow_mt25q=on to v17.1.x + ini
・Add pgm_allow_mt25q=on to v18.0.x + ini
・After v18.1.x, pgm_allow_mt25q=on is not required
