When compiling (Fitter) with Quartus® Prime, a pin named "termination_blk0~_rzq_pad" is generated, which cannot be assigned to a pin and causes an error. Please let me know how to solve this problem.

termination_blk0~rzq_pad is the port name of the auto-generated RZQ signal required by the OCT block when configured with internal termination resistors with calibration (Series XX Ohm with Calibration) for a given pin.

Please compile it by changing it to the setting of internal termination resistor without calibration (Series XX Ohm without Calibration).

*The accuracy of the internal terminating resistor differs between "with calibration" and "without calibration.
　For details, search for "OCT Calibration" or "OCT without calibration" in the device datasheet.
