Cyclone® V was supported by the Intel® HLS compiler Standarad / Lite Edition, but v19.1 was the last release and later versions are no longer supported.
However, starting with v19.4, Cyclone® V can be used with the HLS compiler Pro Edition.
Use the Pro Edition HLS compiler only, and compile your Cyclone® V device design with Quartus® Prime Standard / Lite Edition. Lite Edition.
MAX® 10 is not supported in this way.
Intel® HLS compilers are backward compatible, so the latest version of the HLS compiler can be added to a lower version of Quartus® Prime for use.
