Cyclone® IV で I/O Standard を Differential HSTL-18 に設定したピンでトライステートを構成すると Fitting でエラーになります。

＜エラーメッセージ＞
Error (176202): The differential I/O standard <name> cannot be used on the pin <name>, because the specified pin uses a tri-stated output buffer.

Cyclone® IV の差動ピンではトライステートは使用できません。
"Differential HSTL-18" ではなく "HSTL-18" で p側、n側を用意することによってトライステートを実現してください。
