MAX® 10 の Single Power で使用する電源のスイッチング周波数は 800kHz and 1MHz でなければいけませんか？

Pin Connection Guideline に下記のように記載されていますが、FPGA の電源要求を満たせれば 800kHz and 1MHz でなくても問題ありません。
